Yesterday I got 3 of my wisdom teeth removed and a molar that was stuck to the bone. Apparently teeth are connected by ligaments and not directly to the bone. The left side, where the molar was, hurts the most :( . I don't know when I will get feeling better, but I hope that it will be before School

How deep were the wisdom teeth in? I had all of mine removed, but they were fully grown in. The doctor said they could have stayed and would cause me no problems, but said it would be harder to keep them clean. They just had to pull them, and they said I was only knocked out for about ten minutes. I could function normally that night, with only minor pain. Hope you feel better.

I got all my wisdom teeth removed a month and something ago. They were all impacted, and they had to cut one in half to get it out. I was on Percoset for about 4 days. I slept... hm... 21 hours a day. I didn't realize how bad it was making me feel until I got off it.
When I was in 7th grade, I had to get 4 molars removed (same one in each quadrant)... I was awake for that one. O_O He used scary pliers and I could feel my teeth, like, cracking and groaning as they came out. UGGGGHHH.

Dang... I feel lucky, I've never had to have any of my teeth removed. Hope you feel better soon.

I had my share of dental problem too. When I was ten I finally lost my two front baby teeth, for almost six month the other did not come in when the dentist decide to do something about it. He took some X-ray and found out that I had 2 set, one normal set slightly twisted and a second set lay side ways fused to the roots of the first set. Well he ended up that same day operating removing the one set that was laying side way. Then a week later fitting me with braces. 7 years later I started have pain in back of my jaw. Went to the dentist and found out that all my wisdom teeth were laying on their side instead of the normal position and was pressing against the other due to the fact that I a very small person. He set two different appointment to remove them. I did not have much pain and the pain I did have I was able to control with extra strength Tylenol. The other pain killer they gave me made me sick. The only other problem I had was that 2 days after the first appointment we had our class pictures. My left cheek was bruised and swollen. So while everyone in my class had frontal photo shots, I had my photo taken with head slightly turned and little make up to cover the bruised . My friends said that I looked like a chipmunk who went a couple of round against Mike Tyson, and asked if I returned any punches. I said no but I did bite his ankles.

I have not had my wisdom teeth pulled out yet but my mom says it will happen soon. When I was younger though I remember my top teeth almost stuck out of my mouth because I sucked my thumb alot. So I got braces but they weren't getting straight so they had to remove four permenant teeth and a few baby teeth that just would not come out. it totaled 11 teeth. I was in pain the first day and would not stop bleeding until I went to bed that night. The only good thing that has happened to my teeth is that I have never had any cavities.
And Russus Robur I feel very sorry for you but I'm glad you did not have much pain.
