You have to use HTML instead of the vb image tags in your sig. It's:
<img src="image url here">
with or without the quotation marks.

I don't mind as long as the image size isn't too big or animated. Just renember Lonna it can't be much bigger than 20 kb. And not so big that you have to scroll down a long bit to get to the next post 0.o.

Speak for yourselves Beezle, remember your flashy banner and huge sig in the past? Tsk, tsk tsk.

But to learn from the past is a great virtue. Look thou at the maiden's signature; how sharp and small does it gleam forth from the drab background of gray and white.
Alas, methinks that I have known naught of the sweet pleasures of closed eyes and quiet sleep. Ah! the serenity calls out to me as I totally lose my mind because it's 12:15 in the horrible unearthly morning.

All the more reason she'd know about the rules. ;)

Uh, huh. Know them all and shattered them all to pieces. Such a sad world isn't it?*mutters something about rule-breakers*

Obviously she knew the rules if she changed her signature to accomodate for it. The rules only came into action after big flashy signatures were seen, so there were no rules to break (besides perhaps common sense rules).
Uhh... can we stop arguing about this? This feels like it could turn into a flame war any moment. And after burning myself with both hot oil and a match, I'm not looking forward to any more fire.
