Sorry for the downtime, everyone. Beyond my control.

Easiest way of explaining it--

Company A houses and sells servers.

Company B purchases said servers.

Company C leases servers from Company B.

Company B doesn't pay Company A's bill.

Company A unplugs Company B's servers from the internet until the bill is paid.

Company C (and its customers) are left out in the cold until the situation is resolved.

In that lexicon, I'm a customer of Company C. It took a few days to transfer direct ownership from Company B to Company C, but that just came through, so we're back. This wasn't isolated, as some 50,000 websites (spread across various hosts) were affected. Company B isn't very popular right now. ;)

In any event, we're back. Sorry about the downtime. It shouldn't happen again.

I thought that I might have been banned and I couldn't access the site. But then there was no e-mail about the bann-ation, so I simply thought that it was my computer. But now I know. Thanks.

They're getting one. There's not a single person happy with them right now, everybody is getting out-- they're effectively ruined. Their customer service lost points by clamming up and retreating rather than answering questions.

Probably because I had to resize it using Paint. *cries* What kind of self respecting artist edits their artwork using Paint? Well, probably plenty, but it doesn't really work that well.
