So, whats happening with this? i heard it had been downgraded to a 1 on the saffir-simpson scale, but i read about people fleeing. is it still a threat or what? i hope you americans can help me out in this one, we were talking about this in geography.
oh, and lets just remember what hapeened at the no 1 School in russia. that was terrible.
