Ok what's the deal with Ravenclaw? They're never mentioned! I don't think we even know who the head of the house is, less than 5 Ravenclaws have ever been mentioned by name, and they never win or do anything important, what's the deal JK? Has anyone else noticed this?

Yes, but she's one of the most well-known. I myself despise the classification of "greatest writer." I believe there is something good in every well-written book, and none is the best. Tolkien, for example, could be awarded for sheer complexity and bravery as well, seeing as almost nobody was doing what he was doing at the time.

Well, I was referring to Marietta as the sneak who tattled to Umbridge. Actually I'm not sure if she is a Raven or not, but I figured as much as she is Cho's friend.
I don't even remember Marcus Bigby. Did he have any big claim to fame? Why is he a prat?

Bigby's a seventh-year Ravenclaw. His uncle invented the Wolfsbane potion, but when Slughorn discovered his dad wasn't on good terms, so Bigby didn't know much about his uncle, he was sorta dropped out of the Slug Club.
