Wait. . .the one with Matthias? Your link isn't working. Or the one with Mattimeo? http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0002476R4/qid=1135551899/sr=1-8/ref=sr_1_8/103-2221103-6311051?s=dvd&v=glance&n=130That's the one I found that hasn't been released yet.

I thought that all of the first season was already out because i saw it online, Mattimeo (the second season) was the one that didn't come out yet because if you go to http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000AARKZS/103-8630626-1294220?v=glance&n=130&n=507846&s=dvd&v=glance it says that its already out. :hon:

Edit: Sorry it would be the one with Matthias in it. :hon:

I only want to know one thing: can you get it anywhere other than the internet?

And I think the correct link is:

Oh, and by the way, I am Matthias on Redwall Wiki and very prominent (I think I used that word correctly)

This is nice to hear. I was hoping they would release the series in a boxed set. However, I wish they would complete their set of single discs ("The Siege", "Friends and Foes". . .) as well. I have both of those and would like to see the releases completed for this set.
If they were releasing a Season 1 set anyway, it seems pointless to put the other DVDs out and have people buying them as they are released, and then suddenly put out the complete series.

What I think happened was, they realized they screwed up with the "let's put some episodes on dvds" concept, and are just sticking to what the normal thing to do is now.

That makes sense. Either way, I am going to get the box set when it's released. I'm assuming that this also means that "Mattimeo" and "Martin the Warrior" will be getting the same treatment.

I, too, am hoping this is a good sign that the full seasons of both "Mattimeo" and "Martin the Warrior" will eventually be released on DVD. Depending on how sales go, I think the chances are good.

If you go on www.redwalltv.com it doesn't show anything about "Martin the Warrior" They don't put anything about that season on the site. :hon:

That website hasn't been updated in ages. I remember hoping that something would be put up for "Martin the Warrior" back in April 2002 when it first came out in the US, but nothing was posted. And now it's been almost four years.

I didn't realize that its been 4 years. Man, that makes me mad. Maybe we should remind them about it, although they probably don't even remeber that they have Redwall as a series. They probably just let them use the show and turn it into the movie. Extra money that's all. Also there are people who probably have never heard of Redwall, got the movie, and now they no nothing about MTW, which isn't fair for them or us. Also real quick, I heard from some family that in Vancover, Wa they play it on the PBS station, I think, I'll double check. :hon:

As of now, we don't know. Probably. Barnesandnoble.com has it, so I can assume the store will have it too.

Also, I'd like to personally thank whoever submitted this tidbit to other sites, reported by ME and THE REDWALL WIKI FIRST, without crediting me or the wiki

Just noticed they're all Region 2. So unless you're in Region 2, (USA is Region 1), or have an all-region DVD player, or you hack your region 1 DVD player, you might be outta luck.

Bah, I'd rather buy the whole season for 25 bucks rather than pay 20 bucks three separate times.
