It's not that I'm bad at writing essays--in fact I'm pretty awesome--but I haven't had too much time in between playing WoW, watching aminu, and going on these forums Here's an example of my latest work:

You are my hero. I essentially did the same thing to my Theology teacher (A strongly Catholic woman) when she suggested that all atheists should be rounded up and shot. I would find a copy of my term paper, but I lack both a scanner and conviction. The brunt of the essay (which SHOULD have been a ten-page analysis on the similarities and differences between the Judeo-Christian faiths and Islam) could be roughly described by the title.

Faith, Fanaticism, and the American Way:
How Ingrained Chrisitian Values Sometimes Suck-A thirty-page rant on why freedom of religion beats the crud out of the teacher's 'perfect' world.

I was simply kicked out of the class

Your.....your name is Mike?! I was wrong all these years.....could've sworn you were a girl.....perhaps one named Mike? Nah. I'll have to let it go.

I would venture a guess that this paper doesn't actually belong to Rollo. There are a few places online that have this sort of thing (silly English papers and whatnot), and I think he probably just nicked one from one of those.

I'm inclined to go this way as well. I don't think Rollo would be so careless to let his/her/it's name appear.

This paper also looks like a fake. Meaning someone printed this out and added the grading remarks themselves. I guess it's up in the air on how grading works, but I've received numerical grades on my papers, from high school through undergrad. Numerical in high being something between a 0 and 100, and in college between a 0 and a 4.0. Also I don't know of a teacher that puts 2 grades (D+ and F) on 1 paper.

There is a particularly hilarious joke paper floating around out there that has different colored paper in the middle of it, and images on the pages.

The frown smilie really shoots down any chance of it being legitimate.

Aren't there, like, standardized covers you have to use for your papers? :p

Incidently, i just found out today that there's this kids' game thing called a Hullabaloo.

The most obvious give-away is that it says fall semester.

I guess the more important question is what does an "F" paper look like? Isn't it a little early for finals anyway?

That's an essay I wrote a few years ago.

Oh no. It isn't. Trimesters are the work of Sauron and the Orcs.

Looks like Chem Chem and I are having a nice weekend hanging out together. If I never log on again, it is because my math exam ate me.

So, who are you really? Mike or Jeremy? ;)

Just out of curiosity, what grading scale do your schools use?

If it's fake, why would Rollo gone found and shown something with a GUY's name on it? It would have ruined the little genderless reputation (he)'s been making for (him)self. Yes. I always knew he was a guy.

when she suggested that all atheists should be rounded up and shot
Hmmm...I think I wrote something on Franco along that lines once. I got a few awkward questions asked, the school system here being ultra-liberal and a bunch of NDP voters en générale.

lolling at Tesra. Jeremike. it's genius I say!! :D

A few things- the letter vs. number grading is not consistent throughout the nation, you know. In college I get anywhere from a percentage of some random number (like 49 out of 50 on a presentation, or 113 out of 120 on a test)- it just depends on how the teacher does their grading percentages. I also get letter grades all the time. A letter grade doesn't mean it's fake. Quite a few of my teachers also put little faces on my papers when they write comments. That's not that unusual.

Rolliolio... if the first paper is yours, and I am assuming that is an introductory page in which you were required to write an introductory bit of prose... I would have expected more from you in the way of writing skills :p which is the only thing that makes me question whether it's yours. Or maybe you really did it at 4am. :p
