is...

(What's the number one thing on your list this year? It doesn't have to be a realistic gift... It doesn't even have to be a Christmas gift... any holiday or non-holiday will suffice! ;) )

What's yours? ;)

I really don't weigh the items on my Christmas list; but I'm asking for some DVDs and clothing, kind of a usual thing for me. I guess in particular I need a new bathrobe.

I find as I get older, I don't seem to want as much for Christmas. That being said, I wouldn't mind getting one of those duster coats (see Once Upon a Time in the West) and hopefully some tickets to a Red Sox game.

Hmm...other than money (thinking ahead to college...), my number one item is a sleeping bag.

I haven't been able to list anything I'd like for my birthday, and now you're asking about Christmas? Ha! There are a few games and books I've seen that look interesting, but overall there really aren't any material objects I want.

Hmm. The top thing on my list is a new mountain bike, (as the one I own is more of a dirt-bike type, and only works well on one type of terrain...) Other than that, I mostly want a lot of storage-y boxes and stuff for all the clutter I have in my room, a new desk chair, and maybe a couple DVD's...

I asked for The Animation Show 1 & 2, some money for a trip I might take to NYC this May, and a warm hat.

Okami for Playstation 2, The Mistmantle Chronicles book 1... and I'll probably pick up Season 2 of the Redwall TV show. That's it.

I wouldn't mind a Monty Python Killer Rabbit stapler though.

Huh ? Oh no, really, always the same silly question !! I dunno ! Anything ! A book for example !
... Oh yes I remember, some pretty writing paper should be very useful ! ;) Mine is coming to its end.

I could use an additional hard disk, but i'll probably pick that up myself once my exams are over. If somebody really wants to get me something, i guess i'll ask for a new toothbrush. Hard disks are too expensive to make others buy.

Well....I'm wishing for some iPod gear (Case, Charger Etc).
A new Baseball bag, A season of M*A*S*H, a case of Wiffleball's and a movie or two.

Hmm. . .Well, right now, I want the 1st Season of Diagnosis Murder.

Also, a violin that's not Made in China, couple of DVDs (The Granada Sherlock Holmes, Cars, Without A Clue) and a Farm Fresh Lightcast.

On the unrealistic side, I want my grandma's Alheimers (sp?) to go away.

That Best Buy hard drive is only USB though. I need one with at least 2 firewire ports, but preferably also with USB.

Haha! Check this (http://www.costco.com/Browse/Product.aspx?Prodid=11164673&whse=BC&topnav=&browse=&s=1) one out. It's a 1 terabyte (1024 GB) hard drive for $450 at Costco. Now that's just ridiculous.

Firewire is a thing of the past. Oh if I had $450 I'd get it.

I need to use the hard drive in conjunction with another device that only uses FireWire though. Also, since the hard drive and the device both need FireWire and I only have 1 FireWire port on my computer, I will have to plug the device into the hard drive and then plug the hard drive into the computer. So that's why in my case I need it to have 2 FireWire ports. But still, more ports can't be a bad thing. That 1 TB hard drive has USB, FireWire 400 and FireWire 800. Too bad it doesn't have 2 FireWire 400 ports. I don't know if using the 400 and the 800 to daisy chain would work, but I haven't got an 800 port anyway. Actually, I don't think I've ever seen an 800 port.
