    Greetings from a new member

    Greetings!
Because I cannot find any sort of welcome thread, I thought this would be a good place to start. If there is one, would you be so kind as to direct me to it?

Welcome to the forums, SpearladyThyme. There is no specific welcome thread, so creating your own is perfectly fine. Be sure to glance over the faq if you have any questions, or just ask here - we're a fairly friendly lot.

I already said welcome in another thread, but I extend a second and slightly more official welcome to you now!

P.S. I think you may have set a record for most grammatically correct new person (Ember excluded, of course), and thank god for that.

It comes from all those books, I suppose. But now I find it almost impossible to IM.

Spearlady Gorse, a badger ruler mentioned once or twice, has the most interesting name;thyme lends itself to double meanings. What can I say?

    Mmm! Did someone mention pancakes?

You can write properly! That's awesome, I still can't and I've been here for over a year.

Welcome to the forums...I geuss my usual welcome PM that I've grown habituated to sending would be redundant.

Welcome; I'm sure you will enjoy it here.

If you are looking for somewhere to start, take a look at the Patroller, where discussions of the books are posted.

Greetings to a new member from an old (not really) one. Good to see a nice new face. Some of these other ones were getting a bit old.

    Welcome! You better stay, dangit.
He's pouring his heart out to me and all I can think is, "I really want that burrito in the fridge. I'm glad I got sour cream today."
