None. Martin the Warrior probably came closest.

Ditto. The anti-climax in Martin the Warrior was the saddest thing ever.

I've got a few. Redwall also stands as the book series I've been the most emotional over.

    1. The Long Patrol (physical crying)
    Spoiler!

    2. The Bellmaker (physical crying)
    Spoiler!

    3. Martin the Warrior
    Spoiler!

    4. Salamandastron (physical crying)
    Spoiler!

    5. Pearls of Lutra
    Spoiler!

    6. Mattimeo (physical crying)
    Spoiler!

    7. Mattimeo (physical crying)
    Spoiler!

    8. Mossflower
    Spoiler!

    9. The Bellmaker
    Spoiler!

    Honorable mentions:

    The Legend of Luke
    Spoiler!

    The Legend of Luke
    Spoiler!

    Redwall
    Spoiler!

Amusing that when hovering the mouse over a topic, the tooltip preview shows stuff inside spoiler tags as if the tags weren't there in the first place, so the preview instantly spoils those first three books mentioned.

One of the things I love about the books is the fact that in the same chapter I'll find myself laughing out loud and choking back tears. Brian is wonderful at taking his readers on an emotional rollercoaster ride. +

    Luke:

And I marvel over the fact that I always seem to be the only one who didn't feel sad in MtW when

I don't cry from books. Or usually movies, for that matter.

I love you now, Verskan. XD

But seriously, I've never cried during any of the Redwall books...the only book I can think of that I've ever cried while reading is LOTR...the first time I read it (granted, I was very young, but I think I would have cried even if I had read it at an older age) I cried for like half an hour when

But then, if you read in the back, you find out that
    Spoiler!

I never cry, I usually just close the book and let the time pass by for when I'm ready to continue reading it.
