Going back to Slagar versus Urgan Nagru... I'm not sure who would win, but I'd want Slagar to win. Since he was able to trap Matthias and company multiple times, surely Slagar could trap Urgan Nagru no problem.
As for Sunflash versus Brocktree, easily Brocktree. Sunflash's not a warrior by heart.

Urgan because Slagar was an emotional and psychological weakling.
Slagar vs. Urgan: Urgan. Slagar was a lot cooler, but he wasn't a trained warrior.
Brocktree vs. Sunflash: I liked Sunflash a lot more, but huge broadsword vs. treelimb? You do the math.
How about Ungatt Trunn vs. Verdauga? (Verdauga being in his not-ill state.)

Hard call considering we never really saw Verdauga in his heyday. So I'm going to go with Trunn since we actually know he can fight. (And because I'm just biased towards him and anything Lord Brocktree related.)
Urgan because while Slagar was a great villun, he never really did any combat and probably wasn't as good a fighter as Urgan
Brocktree vs. Sunflash: I love Sunflash, he is my favorite character, but I am going to have to say Brocktree, better weapon.
Trunn Vs. Verdauga
I am going to go with Verdauga because well he conqoured all of Mossflower while Trunn beat a bunch of old hares and a old badger.(who took quite of few of his henchmen with him)
Slagar was a criminal mastermind, but Urgan was an actual fighter. The Foxwolf gets the nod.
Sunflash can never seem to do much on his own, so Brocktree would probably take him.
Trunn and Verdauga... tricky. I'm thinking Verduaga. He had to be some kind of power to hold on to Mossflower that long.
HOw about Gulo and Urthstripe?
